GENERAL INFORMATION
Welcome to CHUB clinical services. We provide here essential information to ease your journey during the visit at CHUB:
- Patient are received at CHUB through referral system
- Appointments can be scheduled through telephone hotline 2030 or email: info@chub.rw
- Patients are required to bring transfer notes from the referring District, Provincial or Referral Hospital, a health insurance, national ID card or a passport for those who hold them. Children should bring the insurance card if they are still under 16 years.
- Outpatient clinics (OPD) are open during working days from Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Emergency cases are received 24 Hours 7 days
- Adult and trauma emergencies are received at the Accident & Emergency Department (A&E) whereas obstetrics & gynecology and pediatric emergency cases are channeled to the Obstetrics&Gynecology and to Pediatrics respectively.
- Admitted patients are daily followed in their respective departments by attending doctors
